This misrepresentation continued in the 2007 New Year exhibition, 'Everything's gonna be Alright'. For this show, the forty-two participants used Post-its to cover the texts and images already adhered to the walls, ceiling, and floor for the 'All About Lies' exhibition. Even though the Post-its conceal the lies, they can be easily removed to again bring the spectator face to face with lies. Composed of opposites such as good/bad, belief/disbelief, the exhibition brings into juxtaposition the hope that everything will be okay against a suspicion that it will not. The exhibition’s name came from a phrase, 'Everything’s gonna be alright', in Bob Marley’s song 'No woman, no cry'. Written in 1975, this song represents the darkness against which both Turkey and Jamaica struggled during that problematic period characterized by torture and disappearances of suspects after their arrests.

The works I sent, belong to a
collection of mine "Heaven & Hell" (H&H) which is an ironic
imaginary of the materialistic point of view on so-called spiritual issues. The
materialistic imagination of heaven in which everything is going to be alright.
As I told you before the collection is based on an ancient Iranian-Zoroastrian
-book "Ardaviraf .nameh" that is the explanation of inferno
and paradise after his long travel through them

“My Hope is You” (sticker) is the
symbol of the ones seeing the hope not within themselves but within others or
the ones leaving some part of the labor to others. Or it may be defined as the
reminder of the fact that the good may be better achived not only one person
but with the collaboration of more.
My Hope is You is a product of the
-alliance of the voice coming from within-.
